Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in financial systems and a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and an in-depth understanding of financial management, ready to assist projects that enhance our financial operations and systems.

Job Duties

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Defining the business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
Analyzing and designing systems which include preparation of Process Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, File design, Program Specification, and design document.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Assist the ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Assist with improvements in software computer utilization and determining necessity for modifications.
Review software programs for compliance with company standards and requirements and assisting in identifying deficiencies of computer runs and perform specialized programming assignments.
Using RDBMS to log system change orders and analyze, develop and implement new applications with GUI and analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Identify deficiencies, troubleshooting problems and supporting User needs with professional knowledge for test planning, defect tracking and provide assistance in use of RDBMS.
Interacting with other technical staff in researching and interpreting technical data.
Work as a team to resolve technical problems requiring good judgment and creativity in developing solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications

at least a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management/Computer Information Systems, Engineering Management, and Information Technology or other related field or related IT experience
SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA for Financial Accounting.
Proficiency in financial accounting, banking and financial systems, quantitative techniques, and business economics.
Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4 HANA MM/EWM environments with a focus on end-to-end project execution.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in designing and optimizing business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
